Registration is not necessary for making purchases on kymajewelry.com. However, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
Once you add the products you want to the Purchase cart, you can proceed with the purchase. Afterwards, the total amount of the order will appear, and you will be asked the method of payment to complete your purchase.
With the successful completion you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase. Your order has been placed!
As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.
All jewelry available is handmade, designed and crafted in our workshop in Greece. We work with high quality raw materials and a deep knowledge of the materials, tools, and techniques of silversmithing.
Click on the link My account, up on the righthand side of the Home Page, and you will be directed to the form for creating an account. You fill in your information, agree with the Terms of Use and Personal Data, and click on Save. Your Account is ready!
In each product page you will find the Size Guide next to the size option. It will solve any of your doubts about the appropriate size for you. However, if you need any clarifications, you can send us an email to info@kymajewelry.com.
All ΚΥΜΑ creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and delivered in an elegant signature box. An elegant packaging for unique pieces.
If you forget your password, click on the link My account, and then click on I forgot my password. Enter the email address you have used to create the account and you will receive a temporary link to set up a new password.
- Shipment within Greece is made by the ACS Courier company.
- Shipment abroad is made by the Greek Post Service (ELTA) as a certified shipment.

You have all kinds of options:
- With your debit/credit card through the secure environment of Alpha Bank.
- By bank deposit
- By payment on receipt (just for Greece)
- By Paypal. You can pay with:
- your credit/debit card
- through your Paypal account

The Purchase cart contains all products you have chosen, and it is the last step before ordering. It works the same way as in a real shop, as it permits you to add and take out products.
All prices on the website are the final price and include VAT. You can visit the Terms of Use and Refund Policy section; you can also find more information in the Prices Policy section.
Refunds and exchanges for other products should be made within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. Special orders cannot be exchanged. For more information, please visit the Terms of Use and the Refund policy section.
If it is not a special order, there is the possibility, before shipment,of cancelling the order without any charge. For more information, please visit the Terms of Use and Refund policy section.
Payment upon receipt is the paying for your order on the actual day of delivery to you. There is an extra charge of €2.50 for this way of paying.
The shipment costs correspond to the shipment process of your order.
