Return Policy

Changes in products

You have the right to return and change the products you have purchased with others, within fifteen (15) days from the actual day of receiving the order. In this case, first of all, please send us an email at info@kymajewelry.com.

In the case of the new product being of a lower value than the one of your original order, the difference is being returned to you, deducting the cost of the interbank transaction if applicable.

In order for your request for an exchange to be accepted, it is necessary that:

  1. You send us the product within fifteen (15) days.
  2. The product should be in perfect condition, in our packaging, it should not have been used or worn, or be in any other condition than the original one.
  3. The product has been received, checked, and approved by us.
  4. The product should be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

No refund will be accepted if you do not get in contact with us first.

The refund and the shipment of the order is done by the company we work with and the cost is upon the client.

It is not permitted to exchange products that have been already exchanged once.

Money refund

You have the right to ask for money refund, and to return the product you have ordered, within fifteen (15) days since the day receiving the order. Firstly you let us know by sending an email at info@kymajewelry.com. In this case, you are being charged with the shipment cost, the cost of the interbank transaction if applicable, and possible custom clearance cost (for countries outside the European Union).

In order for your request for money refund to be accepted, it is necessary that:

  1. You send us the product within fifteen (15) days.
  2. The product should be in perfect condition, in our packaging, it should not have been used or worn, or be in any other condition than the original one.
  3. The product has been received, checked, and approved by us.
  4. The product should be accompanied by the purchase receipt.

No refund will be accepted if you do not get in contact with us first.

The process of money refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the day of returning the product.

Return cost

Our electronic shop is charged with the return cost of the product only if:

  1. There was a delay in delivery (except for cases of force majeure).
  2. It has been delivered damaged.
Special orders

In case you wish to make a special order, a payment in advance of at least 50% of the total cost is required, as well as the balance before actual shipping the product. In the case of cancellation or withdrawing of the client for any reason, the payment in advance will not be returned. Exchanges and refunds cannot be made in special orders. Special orders do not fall under the Order cancellation paragraph.

Order cancellation

If it is not a special order, it is possible, before shipping the order, to cancel the order free of charge. You can send us an email at info@kymajewelry.com. You will receive an email informing you about the shipment date.

Not receiving an order

In the case that the payment process and the shipment of your order have been completed but you no longer wish to receive it, then we return the price of your order, deducting the shipment cost, the cost of the interbank transaction if applicable, and possible custom clearance cost (for countries outside the European Union).

Wrong address

In the case that the payment process has been completed and you have provided us with a wrong shipment address, when the order is returned to us, we will refund you, deducting the shipment cost, the cost of the interbank transaction if applicable, and possible custom clearance cost (for countries outside the European Union).
