Ways of Shipment
We ship orders in Greece and abroad. Shipment is possible through the following ways:
- In Greece, by ACS company.
- Abroad, by the Greek Post Service (ELTA) as a certified shipment.
Shipment cost
Α. Orders from Greece
For orders from Greece, the cost is 2,80€. The delivery time is 1-4 working days. In the case of remote/hard to reach areas, there may be a slight delay on the delivery of shipment.
Β. Orders from abroad
We offer you the possibility of choosing the method and the cost of shipment. For orders of more than €350 the shipment is free of charge.
- The certified shipment of the Greek Post Service (ELTA) costs €15. The time of delivery is from 5 up to 25 working days.
Shipments to the USA
Shipments to the USA are made via DHL Express at a cost of €30. Due to new U.S. shipping regulations, customs fees (duties) may apply. We do not refund any customs fees, if they arise, they are the recipient's responsibility.
Force majeure
In the case of force majeure (bad weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, etc.), there may be delays in the delivery times of the products. In such a case we will contact you to let you know and ask you if you want us to proceed with the completion of your order.
